Santa Barbara Business College is one of the oldest colleges in California and the country.

The College was founded in 1888 as a California business college and normal institute. Normal institutes trained teachers at the turn of the 20th century. The primary curriculum focus throughout SBBC's long history has been business.

Our multiple campuses throughout Southern California make it possible for students to receive technical training in other locations. In addition to the Santa Barbara campus, we have campuses in Santa Maria, Bakersfield, Rancho Mirage and Ventura, California. Combined, our campuses serve more than 1200 students per year.
